What a success story: We have created Staff housing on Wieblinger Weg 5 buildings with 99 flats in a construction period of just 15 months. The hybrid construction method with prefabrication, prefabricated bathrooms and 80% recycled concrete demonstrates that serial construction can be efficient, ecological and still meet high aesthetic standards. Gesellschaft für Grund- und Hausbesitz mbH Heidelberg has now been awarded the 22nd DW Future Prize of the Property Industry for this innovative project: Under the motto "Building differently for affordable housing: Innovative, simple, experimental", the trade magazine DW, the housing industry and Aareon AG award this prestigious industry prize.
