We are delighted to have reached a decisive milestone in our revitalisation project. Old slaughterhouse Pforzheim to announce: The partial final inspection for the first construction phases has been successfully completed.

Where there was once industrial wasteland, commercial space, light-flooded offices and creative studios are now being created. Where once there was stagnation, there is now room for new ideas. The concept is becoming reality. The first areas are now ready for interior fit-out or direct occupation.
