The members of the erlebnisreich wohnen building group think collectively, sustainably and put their own comfort on the back burner if this strengthens the group. This way of thinking calls for architecture that promotes communication and creates meeting spaces. After the last few years of planning, wrestling with each other, optimising, looking ahead and building, the social timber construction project at Spitalwiese 1 is now complete and has been inhabited since this spring.

We are delighted with the completion of this forward-looking and successful project, as it is a role model in terms of both sustainability and living.
