Unfortunately, the existing structure and building fabric from 1936 is not worth preserving and does not allow the client's requirements and wishes to be realised. The cellar is also damp. A complete demolition should enable the construction of a contemporary structure that blends in well with the surroundings and fulfils the requirements of modern living. The floor plans are orientated towards the south and open out onto the garden.
