ARCHIKON - State Congress for Architecture and Urban Development on 8 April 2025 at Messe Stuttgart.

The topic: RESOURCE CHANGE - Planning with new strategies!

In view of the overuse of natural resources and their serious consequences such as climate change, soil degradation and biodiversity loss, a conscious and sustainable approach to resources is urgently needed - especially in the construction sector. New strategies are needed that affect the entire use of resources - from materials to land utilisation. The Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects (AKBW) is addressing these challenges with the ARCHIKON state congress. The focus is on topics such as the circular economy, biodiversity, sufficiency, natural building materials, material cycles and life cycle assessment as an important basis for planning.
