We were able to optimise our Research project to develop a sustainable timber construction system made from Sengon lightweight wood on lightwood.org to the English-speaking specialist audience and other interested parties as part of a Guest contribution introduce.

The website provides information along the value chain of lightwood in Indonesia and East Africa. This makes lightwood.org a central information platform and resource for Fairventures partners. Fairventures Worldwide gGmbH is a non-profit organisation based in Stuttgart, Germany. They work worldwide mainly in reforestation projects and with wood value chains. Fairventures connects with all actors in the value chain to maximise the benefits for all and transform the sector as a whole.
