The building is to be erected in Lichtental, a sought-after district of Baden-Baden.
Brahmsstrasse is very well located and branches off directly from a small district centre with good infrastructure.

quality
The building will be of high quality, both in terms of energy efficiency and the choice of materials. For example, the façade is made of exposed brickwork and the two roof storeys are clad in titanium zinc sheeting. These are all materials that are durable and do not require permanent maintenance.
The building adjoins a firewall on the north side. We have transformed this unexposed side into a bright access zone by means of a continuous skylight, to which windows of ancillary rooms such as bathrooms or storage areas can be orientated. Should this firewall ever be removed, our planned building will retain its design and functional quality.
All levels are accessible via a lift and the flats are barrier-free.
