A residential project for the Junge Familie building group has been created right next to the Olympic Park in Munich. The project is part of a concept launched by the City of Munich for building groups. What makes it special is the participation of the residents in the planning, the ecological aspects, the favourable price (compared to the high standard) and the special mix of flats with different sized residential units such as three-storey city flats, two-storey city flats, multi-storey flats and penthouse flats with a large roof garden. The roof gardens are designed with raised beds in the parapet area so that there is no view from the top floor into the private outdoor area on the ground floor in order to ensure a high degree of privacy. The ground floor flats and the stairwell are accessed directly from the underground car park.
