New affordable and high-quality social housing is to be built on a previously undeveloped corner plot. A modular timber construction is recommended in order to realise this and achieve rapid completion of construction. The aim is a redensification with around six residential units. Nevertheless, the existing grain of the neighbourhood will be taken into account. Private open spaces and a communal outdoor area with a playground provide space for recreation.
