There is a courtyard between the two buildings, which residents can use for relaxation or for festive occasions. The location of the building and the connection between the specialist care centre and the community centre allow older people to participate in community life and remain in their familiar surroundings and neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<h6>On 1 April 2014, Prof. Andreas L\u00f6ffler and Matthias Schmeling left the office P.I.A-Architekten, founded in 1994 by the former partners Andreas L\u00f6ffler and Rainer Schneider, Gerhard Leicht and Matthias Schmeling, and founded the architectural office L\u00f6ffler-Schmeling.<\/h6>\n<h6>This project is part of the joint office history of P.I.A.<\/h6>","protected":false},"featured_media":1119,"menu_order":0,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"projektart":[303,306],"class_list":["post-4450","projekte","type-projekte","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","projektart-industrie-verwaltung","projektart-kirchenbauten"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
