Originally, the old building probably served as a barn and both the room layout and the differences in floor level on the ground floor suggest that the building has already undergone several conversions. An older part is made of sandstone masonry, with wooden beam ceilings on the upper floor and capped ceilings on the lower floor. The later extension consists of reinforced concrete ceilings and solid, thick brick outer walls. The house was probably also given a new outer skin with 20 cm of insulation and plaster not too long ago, so the exterior appearance was good.<\/p>\n
During the inspection of the load-bearing structure and the walls, L\u00f6ffler Schmeling Architekten
