\nThe new building should not only respond appropriately to the client's requirements, but also to its surroundings. A rendered fa\u00e7ade is to be realised and the roof shape and pitch adopted. In addition, the alignment of the other buildings in the neighbourhood will be taken up so that the new building blends in well with its surroundings.
\nThe property is accessed from the north and has a north-south orientation, with the common wall to the east. A beautiful garden extends to the south of the property, to which the rooms of the new building are orientated and open up, strengthening the connection from inside to outside.
\nThe design of the interior spaces is also characterised by the contrasts of visual connections and unity. The two-storey building plus top floor is clearly divided into public, semi-public and private areas.
