Tras el concurso de realizaci\u00f3n convocado por la ciudad de Karlsruhe para el dise\u00f1o de las estructuras sobre el suelo del centro de extracci\u00f3n de aire de Karlstor, el proyecto sigui\u00f3 desarroll\u00e1ndose y se llev\u00f3 hasta la fase de servicio 4 (planificaci\u00f3n de la licencia de obras).
