{"id":4479,"date":"2023-01-13T09:47:13","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T09:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/klimagerechte-architektur.de\/?post_type=projekte&#038;p=179"},"modified":"2025-11-26T12:05:04","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T11:05:04","slug":"centro-de-innovacion-de-la-madera-construccion-de-aticos-kampala-uganda","status":"publish","type":"projekte","link":"https:\/\/klimagerechte-architektur.de\/es\/projekte\/timber-innovation-center-dachgeschossaufbau-kampala-uganda\/","title":{"rendered":"Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n de la Madera - construcci\u00f3n de \u00e1ticos, Kampala, Uganda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los \u00e9xitos y el reconocimiento p\u00fablico que <a href=\"https:\/\/fairventures.org\/en\/\">Fairventures en el mundo<\/a> (con sede en Stuttgart) a trav\u00e9s de sus programas de reforestaci\u00f3n en Borneo han animado a la organizaci\u00f3n a iniciar tambi\u00e9n la reforestaci\u00f3n de antiguos bosques primigenios destruidos en Uganda. La intenci\u00f3n de Fairventures Worldwide (FVW) es combinar la reforestaci\u00f3n con enfoques tecnol\u00f3gicos para revitalizar zonas degradadas de Uganda de forma ecol\u00f3gica y socialmente sostenible. En colaboraci\u00f3n con los agricultores locales, se cultivan especies arb\u00f3reas aut\u00f3ctonas de crecimiento r\u00e1pido. Estas especies mejoran la biodiversidad, contribuyen al secuestro de CO2 y crean perspectivas de ingresos a largo plazo para la poblaci\u00f3n local. El proceso abarca toda la cadena de valor de la madera, desde la plantaci\u00f3n hasta la utilizaci\u00f3n estructural. La atenci\u00f3n se centra en su transformaci\u00f3n en productos de madera modernos, como la madera laminada encolada y la madera contralaminada. El uso de estos materiales fomenta la construcci\u00f3n sostenible con madera y reduce la dependencia de otros materiales de construcci\u00f3n m\u00e1s perjudiciales para el clima, como el hormig\u00f3n y el acero. Con su suelo f\u00e9rtil y su clima favorable, Uganda ofrece condiciones ideales para la reforestaci\u00f3n. Al mismo tiempo, la incertidumbre pol\u00edtica y las talas ilegales ponen en peligro los ecosistemas forestales. Por ello, el gobierno planea reforestar dos millones de hect\u00e1reas de aqu\u00ed a 2030. El proyecto apoya este empe\u00f1o promoviendo la construcci\u00f3n con madera de origen local y eficiente en el uso de los recursos. Un proyecto central es el Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n de la Madera de Kampala. Como escaparate y centro administrativo de esta iniciativa, se construy\u00f3 una estructura abuhardillada en construcci\u00f3n de madera para demostrar visiblemente el potencial de esta madera en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n. En colaboraci\u00f3n con arquitectos alemanes, la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas de Berna y socios locales, se cre\u00f3 un centro de intercambio de conocimientos con el objetivo de reforzar la experiencia local en la construcci\u00f3n en madera. El centro ofrece cursos de formaci\u00f3n, seminarios y sirve de objeto de demostraci\u00f3n para la arquitectura sostenible. Est\u00e1 situado en la azotea de un edificio de tres plantas existente en el centro de la ciudad de Kampala y se construy\u00f3 \u00edntegramente con madera de producci\u00f3n local. Como signo visible de una construcci\u00f3n orientada al futuro, contribuye a la aceptaci\u00f3n social de la construcci\u00f3n moderna en madera en \u00c1frica Oriental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto se desarrolla en colaboraci\u00f3n con estudiantes de m\u00e1ster de la Holzfachschule Biel (Suiza), el profesor Rohner y L\u00f6ffler-Schmeling Architekten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":4881,"menu_order":0,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"projektart":[37,308],"class_list":["post-4479","projekte","type-projekte","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","projektart-forschung","projektart-innenraum"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
