Desde la mecanizaci\u00f3n del proceso de construcci\u00f3n y la producci\u00f3n industrial de materiales de construcci\u00f3n, la construcci\u00f3n con arcilla se ha convertido en un tema marginal en la construcci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, la construcci\u00f3n en tierra est\u00e1 experimentando actualmente un renacimiento, que creemos que se debe a tres aspectos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Aspectos est\u00e9ticos<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Aspectos de confort<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Sostenibilidad mundial<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    En estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con la ciudad de Ludwigsburg y los apicultores locales del Hungerberg de Ludwigsburg, el proyecto estudiantil <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"Naturinfozentrum Ludwigsburg - Villa Mellifera\" ha sido desarrollado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Se trata de un edificio autosuficiente desde el punto de vista energ\u00e9tico, que ahorra recursos y est\u00e1 fabricado con materiales naturales. Los estudiantes de la HFT-Stuttgart desarrollaron este innovador edificio en el marco de un seminario dirigido por el profesor Andreas L\u00f6ffler y su ayudante Albert St\u00f6cker. Bajo la experta direcci\u00f3n de Hubert Heinrichs (construcci\u00f3n con arcilla), el equipo del proyecto construy\u00f3 el edificio por s\u00ed mismo. El material de construcci\u00f3n, la arcilla, procede directamente de los alrededores, y la madera, del vecindario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Autosuficiente en t\u00e9rminos de calefacci\u00f3n, el edificio se abastece con una bomba de calor y tecnolog\u00eda de almacenamiento de hielo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Adelantado a su tiempo, es uno de los edificios m\u00e1s innovadores de la regi\u00f3n. A las universidades alemanas y extranjeras les gusta visitarlo como proyecto piloto de \u00e9xito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
