This is how rapid construction works – Tiny residential complex in Heidelberg

The Tiny Housing Estate Heidelberg is a pilot project by the project developers Tiny Wohnpark GbR and Vilcomo GmbH & Co. KG for small-scale, temporary accommodation on Harbigweg in the Kirchheim district of Heidelberg. The development is being built on a municipal site covering approximately 2,800 m², which the city is leasing to the project developers for an initial period of ten years. After that, the site is to be fully reversible.

The residential modules are supplied by the prefabricated house manufacturer Schwörer Haus; they are arranged as a small neighbourhood and offer communal open spaces as well as bicycle parking spaces. The modules are delivered to the site fully fitted out to a high standard. They feature a kitchenette and a bathroom module. For more information, see here.
